About The Role:

  • Recording transactions in XERO
  • Accounts Receivable, including chasing customer payments and invoicing
  • Accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and processing of supplier invoices
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • BAS preparation and lodgement
  • Payroll processing for staff and superannuation preparation

Skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ bookkeeping experience
  • Experience and proficient in XERO & Excel
  • Bookkeeping qualification (minimum Cert IV)
  • Self sufficiency, with an eye for detail

Working conditions:

Your hours are flexible, an average of 2 hours per week. (maximum 10 hours per month). Ideally you will provide a tax invoice for your services using your own ABN.
